Free Delivery

All Goldhaus orders are delivered complimentary. We do not charge a shipping fee.

PRODUCTION TIME

Designs from our website are produced in 15-30 days. On the rare occasion that diamond sourcing will extend the production time, we will notify you. You can find production information for bespoke pieces here.

Delivery time

We ship with DHL Express outside of UAE. Delivery times are 3-5 days once shipped.

We ship with local courier within UAE. Once production is completed, we will deliver next day.

Customs/Duties/VAT

Import taxes and customs duties are not included in the listed price. These additional costs will be calculated and charged upon delivery.

Signature Required

All Goldhaus deliveries require a signature at delivery.

Damage

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact customercare@goldhausjewelry.com to accommodate the issue.

Returns

We want our customers satisfied, we understand returns are inevitable. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the items. Items worn or used will not be accepted. Accepted returns will be refunded in the form of a Goldhaus credit. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to work with you to find an alternate piece. Bespoke/custom orders are not eligible for return.

Return Process

The customer is responsible for shippng the product back to Goldhaus and for the return shipping fees, this includes any customs or duties charged on import back to UAE. To begin a return and for more instructions please email customercare@goldhausjewelry.com

Return Fees

Return shipping fees & return duty/custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Goldhaus will pay the duty/customs fee upon receipt in Dubai on your behalf and will deduct the fee from your final site credit amount. An invoice for these fees will be provided. In UAE customs is 5% and duties are 5%, for a total of 10%.
