Lab grown diamonds are as real as diamonds mined from the earth. Lab grown diamonds are identical to earth mined diamonds in every way, except that they are grown in a lab. They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds and exhibit the same fire, scintillation, and sparkle. 

Yes, just like a mined diamonds, lab diamonds are certified. At Goldhaus we provide IGI (International Gemological Institute) diamond certificates on stones 1 carat and above. 

All of our pieces are exclusively made in 18 Karat solid gold, and we are proud of that. We always list the gold weight of the piece in the description. After-all, gold is the true asset. The only exception to this is that we do offer some semi-hollow pendant chains, which will be clearly designated as semi-hollow or light weight. Otherwise, all items are custom casted in solid 18k gold.

Our items are made to order. There are select items in stock & ready to ship, which will be labeled as such online. Production time is 2-4 weeks for Goldhaus designs. Bespoke items follow a different timeline. Please see the bespoke page for more details.

Once your piece is ready, we ship DHL express. You should have your piece in 2-5 days once shipped.

If you do not know your ring or bracelet size, or you want to double check, we highly recommend ordering a sizer kit of Amazon. You will find they are extremely affordable, and useful. Entering the correct size is important to your happiness with the piece. 

We have done our best to ensure that your pieces doesn’t break, but in the off-chance it does, we do offer complimentary repairs for 1 year. After that time we can still assist in repairs, but the repair fee would be the customer responsibility.
