Quote → Rendering → Mold → Final Product
Step 1
Rendering
Once you receive your quote and agree to the price, the process begins with a rendering. Submit notes and comments on your renderings to make adjustments until it is to your liking.
At this step a 1000AED/$275USD initiation fee will be collected. All fees are deducted from the final invoice. Fees are nonrefundable.
Step 2
Wax Mold
Once your edits are final, you will sign off on the 3D rendering and a wax mold will be created and used to custom cast your jewelry design.
At this step a 50% deposit will be collected. All fees are deducted from the final invoice. Fees are nonrefundable.
step 3
Final product
Voilà! Your bespoke design is now completed. You will receive photos and videos prior to shipping.
At this step the remaining balance, less any previous payments will be charged and your design shipped.
